Following the IT system issues caused by the cybersecurity incident of 25 August 2026, the Privilege Club is currently operating with limited functionality.
Latest information for members of Privilege Club
Earning points
You can currently earn points by playing slot machines and earn benefits by playing table games.
Points are not yet being earned when paying for other services, such as restaurants, hotel and spa. We are working to make this possible again soon.
Redeeming points
Your points can currently be redeemed for food and beverage. We are working to make it possible to redeem the points also for other services again soon.
Activating your card
When you first visit any of our centres, you must reactivate your existing Privilege card at a Privilege Point. This will enable you to resume earning and redeeming points with your existing card. If you have more than one Privilege card, you must reactivate all of your cards.
My Privilege app
The My Privilege app, which allows you to check your points balance and benefits remotely, is currently unavailable. For the time being, you can check your points and benefits in person at the casino – at a Privilege Point, with our Hosts or on slot machines.
